    Better than I expected

    Was not sure how solid the awning would be as it's all made of plastic, but I was surprised how sturdy it was once mounted, very rigid and day after I put it up we had quite high winds and it handled it without a problem. Will have to wait and see if over time it deteriorates but for the price it is very good. Only thing I would mention is that the mounting brackets are screwed to the aluminum front and back edging by a screw which goes through bracket into end of edging, but if you have 2 or 3 awning all joined you can only access one end to screw from so it's possible edging could separate from bracket, being new there is no movement but over time it could separate, I put a screw through bracket from top into the edging to secure it just in case. I will probably purchase another shortly ...

    Recommended awning

    Good enough quality for the money although the design needs a little tweak to tie up all the parts together to make them secured. The plastic frames and aluminium are strong and hopefully durability is not an issue in the long run. The cover easily replaceable
