- 9***a (181)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI paid 300 for shipping of the bike. I thought it would be professionaly or at least correctly packaged and packed for shipping. Instead it was wrapped in thin plastic many times. The bike shop says this causes damage to the frame and components. There are dings that expose the metal on the frame and I believe this was due to improper preparation of the bike for shipping as the listing said there was no damage.Reply from: pjvelo- Feedback replied by seller pjvelo.- Feedback replied by seller pjvelo.Every part of the bike is protected, especially the frame, which is protected by hard sponge tubes. The rear fork is specially secured with an axle to prevent damage during transport. I have sent many bikes and I know how to pack a bike. Each service has its own opinion. They would be happy if they sold you a bike packaged like this. I appreciate your opinion, I will try to make every next bike even better packed!
