    This person is trying to extort a partial refund. I sell USED shoes and show pictures of whats included. I do not know what the original shoe company includes with their shoes nor should it be what anyone expects from USED SHOES. Regardless I offered this person a full refund if they returned the shoes, they refused and instead are leaving negative feedback.
