I award Minus 5 stars to Australia Post for their pathetic snail mail and for losing my parcel (11 business days and counting) and 1 star to eBay for creating the false hope that it would be delivered in only 2-3 business days. Luckily, the seller advised me that it d be more like 6-8 business days but I didn t expect it to not turn up at all!
