    Too many negatives to recommend purchase.

    I would not recommend buying this radio. The batteries wont stay in place and the battery compartment is not a good fit and pops off spilling the batteries. It is cheap and it sounds it and looks it, but sound is ok for talk back radio. For an extra $10 you can get something so much better.

    Great pocket radio and fit for purpose.

    I've used 1st quality re-chargeable AA batteries, and I am disappointed at their life cycle on this radio. I am now using disposable batteries, as they seem to have a longer life cycle, but have increased my costing due to purchase price increasing.
