I put in a return request with the seller, to which they never responded. I finally received a refund via eBay, due to the sellers non-response.

Seller is little like robotic as its like they have an AI replaying for them. so communication is useless. They also send the item Aramex and that's company is awful. They should have sent these in a envelop as Snail mail and gotten here quicker and probably cheaper. I would not buy from them again purely on bad customer service.
