There was a delay with postage, but lack of suitable packaging was the cause. Apart from this, the seller was great with communication and item description. Some small damage was noted on arrival but too trivial to color overall positive experience. The amplifier is really good and I can understand that it was a difficult decision to sell it! The seller noted that the remote was faulty and supplied an aftermarket unit!
