It contours perfectly for both back and side sleeping and is the perfect size for me. I have had it for about two weeks now and I am getting more used to it. If you have neck problems and haven't tried one of these types of pillows I think they are definitely worth a try and the price was extremely affordable so even if it doesn't work for you it wouldnt be a big loss. Definitely worth a try
