Since i purchased a C.A.R.B. item to be ship to california. they require you to contact seller and tell them you are not going to be install in a street car as these part do not meet California emission. This is a pain in the Butt and if you dont call them in 2 day, they will cancle your order. I'm sorry but i will most likely not buy from seller again; at least a not a part that related to C.A.R.B.
