I messaged the seller multiple times asking if it could be resent and didn’t receive any help, i was just told to wait for an update. It’s now been weeks and i have had no response at all. Disappointing experience overall, i also cannot use the product now so it is completely useless.

They contravened eBay's policies. Several emails sent and only poor responses, then none. It finally arrived and surprise, surprise, they are a dropshipper from Amazon. The item works fine, as described, they just need to learn to communicate. Cheaper to buy from Amazon seller direct.
