      We are very sorry this occurred, unfortunately what an individual does on behalf of a postage service is completely out of our control. We can raise these concerns with the service provider in the hope these matters aren't repeated however the saying that "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink" rings true. As you have admitted your intention was to raise your concerns to eBay for this, however this has been posted on my feedback page and unfortunately can't be removed.
