    The bench press is fairly well made and good value for money. It came promptly. The box was slightly damaged and the styrofoam inside cracked and broken in several places. A couple of small parts were missing and one of the components was not assembled as the instructions indicated it ought to be. My response from support when I notified them was very poor & in spite of my doing what they asked & being polite they just stopped responding.

    Seems OK

    Seems to be of good quality, have not tried it yet Reason for the non 5 star rating is that the bumper knob is not metal as appears it in the photo but appears to be plastic. I may be wrong on this point but this is my first impression; will know more once I actually use it. Unit was bought as a spare [replacement] for my current Trimmer head which is on its last legs.

    Easy to use trimmer head

    Great product. The metal ring is very easy to grip when you want to manually extend the line. Nicely balanced with no vibration. Reloading the line looks like a breeze.
