    The bench press is fairly well made and good value for money. It came promptly. The box was slightly damaged and the styrofoam inside cracked and broken in several places. A couple of small parts were missing and one of the components was not assembled as the instructions indicated it ought to be. My response from support when I notified them was very poor & in spite of my doing what they asked & being polite they just stopped responding.

Return made difficult through restocking fee and freight cost. Persons interpretting email message having difficulty understanding it even though well communicated. Too much return correspondence required to attempt return. Not enough info provided on web site.
