The box was slightly damaged and the styrofoam inside cracked and broken in several places. A couple of small parts were missing and one of the components was not assembled as the instructions indicated it ought to be. My response from support when I notified them was very poor & in spite of my doing what they asked & being polite they just stopped responding.
