    Great product for all the family

    Great product and is sturdy enough for outdoor use when camping and charges all the appliances that we use,would recommend it to those with teenagers and young kids as they can keep their electronic devices charged and ready to go without having to get the parents to charge them.

    Disappointing

    Continually turns itself off before charged item has gotten to 80%, and is basically not fit for purpose. The inclusion of a USB-C output is good, but the item is very heavy, and needs constant monitoring to wake it as it is charging. I like the Laser range, but it is wiser to buy two 10,000 mAh that work day in and out, than this 20,000 mAh unit.
