    Whilst the ad from this supplier states not to buy this diesel heater and to only buy the $1300 one, I have to say, the AUfocus 2kw is perfect for a 15” Hybrid Caravan. It is efficient, and the parts that AUfocus use are huge upgrades to other cheaper Diesel Heaters. 100% buy the AUfocus if you’re in the market, it’s affordable at $700-$750 & offered exceptional heating with whisper quiet running noise.

    Experience so far is perfect. I am installing it in a caravan ATM, going slowly as I've never installed one before. Instructions are very good. Exhaust is too short (only 600mm) for where I am installing, but I knew that when I bought it. Bought a 2nd length of 2 metres to join to it. Tested after connecting to power, but no tank or pump as yet installed. Turned on first time, so no stuff ups (yet). Remote looks like it will be a handy feature. Might even work from in the tow vehicle!!.

    This would have to be one of the best Heaters I’ve seen. Delivery was super fast. Unboxing was a good experience. The quality of each component and the thought gone into how each part was improved is great. I can thoroughly recommend AuFocus Heaters for any application.

    Good value for money. Fairly straightforward installation. A good DIY-er would be fine.

    I’ve given this 5 stars as it is both well made & very efficient. Installation in my Sprinter motorhome was more complex than first thought. Not only do you need to find a place to put it inside the vehicle but you also need plenty of space underneath for intake, exhaust & fuel pump and access for wiring. Online videos suggested fitting it under the seat but my van has electrics under both seats. I was reluctant to plumb into the fuel line as I understand there is a low pressure pump in the tank & the fuel line supplied would not cope with pressure. I ended up installing the fuel tank supplied with the heater. Programming the controller is another matter. No instructions at all with the unit. Best look online for someone who has worked it out. All in all though, very good value for money.

    Cheap price cheap heater

    Only purchase if your good with your hands and can work things out. Do not rely on any installation instructions, they don’t come with any. Had to watch heaps of YouTube videos to work it tips and tricks. Unit called up faulty control panel code upon start up, had to call seller and organise another. Hard wear and build quality not great. You do get what you pay for. Have zero confidence in this product lasting.

    good bit of kit

    This diesel heater fired straight up after installation and cycled itself through the start up sequence and ran smoothly, It seems to be well made and of good quality especially when taking into account the purchase price, i am particularly impressed by how quiet it is and not really noticeable when running continuously. i did have to purchase some extra outlet duct due to where i placed the air outlets but hay you cannot have everything to suite your specific layout.

    Diesel heater 2kw

    Had it set up to run in shed,all parts easy to assemble,test run ok,manual fuel line priming makes it easy saves time,the cable connector to the controller is to large if trying conceal the wiring.

    Cheap and very effective.

    Heater works as it is meant to. Easy to set up, although I did install it myself, and had a few problems, my fault. Otherwise great value for money. Heaps of help on YouTube from owners etc. Well worth reading about. And AU Focus have been more than helpful.
