Product is fine. Postage was expensive, and slow because the stupid courier claimed our address didn't exist! Nobody else has issues finding it. When I replied with clear instructions that were definitely NOT necessary for a competent courier, it took another 4 days. Not the seller's fault, but they should stop using Hunter Express and find a more competent and affordable courier.

The bench press is fairly well made and good value for money. It came promptly. The box was slightly damaged and the styrofoam inside cracked and broken in several places. A couple of small parts were missing and one of the components was not assembled as the instructions indicated it ought to be. My response from support when I notified them was very poor & in spite of my doing what they asked & being polite they just stopped responding.
