    How to eat yummy and stay healthy

    A well-written and presented book that all Australians should have in their homes. With Type 2 Diabetes fast becoming a major national health crisis, this combination health manual and cookbook is very timely. A wealth of easy to understand information about diabetes and the lifestyle choices that contribute to it, as well as tips for making simple changes to prevent it. Plus a whole bunch of yummy and easy to prepare recipes organised into different mealtime groups, that should help make the quest for better health much more appetising.

    Really disappointed

    I bought it for some good recipes but they have so much additional salad ingredients, little taste and some portions make enough for 9 people, others for 4. Really disappointed. Not many recipes and loads of tinned tuna and salmon. Seems just thrown together with no intention of flavours.

    title ok content poor

    This book is extremely academic and difficult to understand in the first section, the recipes are designed for 4 people (1 person is the diabetic). There are very few recipes in the book that would appeal to the ordinary cook.
