Item arrived pretty quick everything looks to be there i plugged it in after adjusting a few things so far it works well but i havent put it under any pressure yet but it is exactly as described packaging it came in was undamaged overall im happy with the product & just as happy with the price would definitely recommend this business

Initially only received the Rammer and the two sockets. Didn't receive all items advertised with product i.e. tool kit, operating manual, warranty details etc.
Sent an email to Brad at Iketa and his response was immediate in trying to resolve all issues. More than happy with his service.

pump delivered not as pictured, (a poor quality pump not good quality one pictured), given incorrect "delivery comming today" notifications at least twice, stayed home to get delivery and made a fool of. Then when delivered left in full view of street traffic. Was made take it back to post office (carry a 20kg pump over 100mtrs resulting in back injury and time off work. Now refunded when I NEED a fire pump as have active bushfires in neighborhood - DO NOT BUY - will be DISAPOINTED -BAD SELLER
