Because of the price and quite honestly, the smallest hanging basket I have ever seen, I couldn't believe what I saw when I unpacked the parcel. My initial thought was ‘this couldn't possibly cost $20.26 ‘ They are a business selling goods at ridiculous prices and then having the audacity to offer free postage. Rubbish - postage cost is covered in the profit margin of the goods. And that is my opinion! I certainly won't be buying from them again!

The dividers were bent in half. When I offered to return the item for a refund, they told me the address was in China but the ad said it was shipped from Australia. When I try and communicate, they respond by asking how they can help me over and over but don’t actually help.
