    Best purchase of the year along with the Dyson hair dryer. Excellent products. Item was posted at a lower price the following day, which I queried and they refunded the difference. Could not ask for better service. Only used the vacuum once but all good so far. It's super hot at the moment and this vac doesn't emit hot air like my previous vac. Very happy and would recommend especially this model for domestic use. Have to empty often but worth it for the excellent performance.

      Great.... but not great for all carpet types

      Purchased mainly for floorboards, but also have 4x carpeted rooms. The fluffy optic head is brilliant for the floorboards and the laser is a game changer, but the digital motorbar actually conks out on the carpet due to low grunt and high(ish) friction. The carpet is just a synthetic medium cut pile which is quite plush to the touch. If it weren't for that, I'd be absolutely thrilled with my purchase. If I knew then what I know now however, I would've taken an offcut of my carpet to the shops to test it out before pulling the trigger.
