Very disappointed by Dyson customer service. I purchased top of the range gen5 detect complete (just because I loved the copper colour) and I was sent a wrong colour motor head which doesn't match the rest of the machine. I asked the customer service to send me the correct colour which was advertised and their answer was to return the product if I'm unhappy. This is very poor. I love the machine and paid top dollar for the copper colour which I was not sent.

We do apologise for any disappointment, however as discussed via message there is a running change with these parts where the brushbar in the head may be a different colour. The head is a matching colour, but the brushbar may be a blue colour instead of gold. Be assured this is normal and won't effect the performance or durability of the part.
