    I bought the item August 28th of 2024. As soon as I recieved the late item I installed it in my r/c truck. When I installed it I noticed the foward speed was on reverse and vice versa. I contacted the seller after bringing the esc & motor combo to multiple hobby stores which all told me it's the esc. When I contacted the seller he basically told me everything I already did. He stated i had to now purchase another piece of equipment to fix the issue. That's not right and very unaccommadataing.

    I help troubleshoot the issue and they needed to reverse the channel because it was backwards for forward and reverse. I mentioned after reversing the channel they would need to relearn the throttle end points on radio for full throttle,full reverse and neutral position. This happens and a very easy fix but they complained and said they shouldn’t have to do this and I said it can happen and is a very easy fix. I never said they had to buy anything at all.
