    The paintjob on these reels isn't great (very lumpy powdercoat) and the revox transfer is more like a cheap thick sticker (hopefully won't unbalance the weighting of the reel; still need to test them a bit more).

    Not sure what can be wrong with the poweder coating or what lumpy mean. The coating is evently spread and just looks great. The ReVox lettering is made with high quality vinyl and not sure what balacing issue you are worried about? I am enthusiast, using my products myself and would not sell anything overpriced or customers wouldn't be satisfied with. If you wish you can return the item(s) for a full refund.
