The seller is very reliable and provide me solutions. After 3 days, PF Logistics sent us 2 picture as proof of delivery. The second picture shows the cut looks like from a knife. PF Logistics also sent me 1 day late notification for item delivered. The seller also offer me with a portion refund. I think this is an issue that they don't expect. So, it is 5☆. Thank you seller.

I requested to return it. they sent me a fake address "Union Lucky Returns, P O Box 6008, Chullora, NSW". When I googled it, I found too many reviews confirming that it's a fake address some businesses use. The item was supposed to be received 6 days before the expected date. Now I realised their thoughts is to avoid receiving their item and therfore not issuing a refund
