    Lanolin offers great coastal protection

    I use Lanolin on the exterior timber on my house. I live near the beach and I find Lanolin the easiest to use and works great. Hose the timber work down , after it dries spray bottle application. If you get it on plants or lawn it does not seem to effect it. Also put it on the frame of my garage for corrosion protection. After application it is a little sticky for a week or so . So if you’re thinking of using under your car before driving on the beach, you need to apply it maybe 3 weeks before driving in sand.
