Although the item was packaged quite good. It arrived damaged. snapped part, another loose. Communication was decent, not the worst and not the best. Refund was offered but being as I couldn’t part with the model as I’ve been keen on it for a while & limited. I asked for partial of the money off. £10 was maximum he could do. Very poor considering the circumstance and inaccurate condition stated.
