The usps postal person delivers directly The sellers pink plastic package arrived sliced open very neatly at the top. There was nothing in it. The seller either used a reused plastic that was not taped or someone mailing the item for them did something. The opening as I said was very neatly cut. I am asking for a refund. Hardly possible that your mailman didn't notice flat and cut open envelope and just place it in your secure mailbox? I never said it's your problem. I advised to contact Ebay for help and contact your local Post Office which I normally would do in the situation.
