    Great Product

    It shows all my nest cameras from my bedroom. The videos are very clear. The speaker sound is similar to my tv surround unit. The 10" screen is not small at all. Have my nest hub max mounted on wall. All you have to do is say "hey google, good morning ", it'll get your day started. Worth every penny.

    This unit needs to be supplied with a real manual. Its too complicated to ship out in a box, Most systems today are dual fuel which this stat scantily addresses. I have fooled with it for hours still not working. Getting help from Google by phone is time consuming nonsense. THey need to have someone to talk to real time. My suggestion, research these things before you buy, If they dont have real phone support. Dont buy it!

    Who needs to talk...

    I bought this to match an earlier purchase of another Google Nest Hub Max for my mother who has PPA (Primary Progressive Aphasia). In short, she can't speak! Our family and her friends use Google Meet (previously Duo) to make video calls to her. She can't speak but you can get an idea of what's she's thinking by her facial and body movements. It works great for this. She now has one for the Living Room/Kitchen area and one for her Bedroom. I've also uploaded All her photos (1000's of them) to Google Photo so she can look at any of them using the Nest. They also are randomly displayed on her Nest Max when she's not using it. The Max was refurbished and seemed like new. Was almost half the price of a new one. Most importantly she loves them and it let's her friends keep in touch ...

    Nice for photo frame

    I use this primarily for the Google photo frame. It's pretty cool because you can pick a couple albums that you want to use from Google photos and it automatically shuffles through those photos. Essentially a smart photo frame. I have the ambient brightness manually adjusted in the settings to high otherwise it's too dim. The sound quality on this is okay but I wouldn't get it just for the sound. I have two nest audios paired together in my living room with this and those sound better.
