Glad of the free earmuffs. Disappointing manual. It is written in too small a font and here is the real disappointment- the photo fig. Are all blurry so no details can be seen. I cannot fathom why the manufacturer would let down a very good product with such a poor manual. Don't let this however stop you purchasing

    fix the lock in on the extensions and you will have a winner

    for the money spent and modifactions to the extension vaguely written manual very small print took a hour to assemble the chain and bar too finiky the extension bars would not stay locked in and allowed the chain bar to rotate and the only way to rectify this was to drill in self taping screws through housing when all the extensions are assembled much to heavy for one man Motor great good compression plenty power easy to start

    This long pole chain saw/tree lopper is of exceptionally good quality. made of heavy duty aluminium tube, beautifully engineered., powerful, proper english instructions, easy to assemble and start. A great tool for the garden. 10/10
