Also, packaging in very poor condition.

The response was just to copy and paste the description, without answering the question. Then the postage despite being $16.87, had no tracking. Finally when the item hadn't arrived a week after the latest expected date I contacted and they simply refunded. I still wanted the package. I doubt this is a real store.
