    The description and photographs could be more accurate/detailed, an example would be to describe the seal as a "U shaped profile or circular profile", but that applies to all sellers of pressure cooker seals. Unless you have a manufacturer's code number it is a very hit and miss purchase. The seller did respond to our messages quickly and I have returned the seal in it original unopened packaging. Our solution was to purchase a brand new pressure cooker rather than a replacement seal.

    I ordered the replacement silicon rubber gasket sealing ring for the pressure, unfortunately the item was the incorrect size. I communicated the issue and was promptly given a refund.
