    Great little machine

    It has a really smooth action ,which keeps it stable while rolling .The thickness adjustment works well and is easy to use .We used it for rolling wonton casing and could get the dough super thin.

    Great product!

    It arrived so quickly in the covid19 confusion. I made fettuccine and Chinese dumpling skins. It was easy to use and cleaning was easy because I didn't need to use so much flour for the machine. I can't wait to make Udon noodle next.
