I'm not being unreasonable. as I've just seen the same mat at discount shops for $8. So if you want premium $18 I paid to you, on ebay, you need to make your goods look great when the customer opens the package. This mat arrived fast, it feels silky and luxe, but it arrived so creased and damaged, it now looks manky and damaged
