This item was meant to be a SET of 4 and it was not. I contacted the seller immediately on receipt with an uploaded photo and I have not received a response! The picture on the box also shows the four different glasses of the Mikasa set however I received duplicate of the horizontal pattern glass and did NOT receive my dotted glass. I have another type of glass in the same box set & I was excited to be getting matching glasses. NO and no response.

Had a damaged Sigg flask delivered to me,so got in touch with seller and very happy with the response in sortng out problem. Today 21/8/24 have had replacement item delivered and very happy with results thankyou.
My only complaint and not the (sellers) fault is I believe the free delivery offered by sellers can be quiet slow at times which is a bit frustrating.
Anyway I would reccomend this seller and would keep in mind in the future thankyou.
