The sockets were all ok, but the plastic storage frame/socket holder was broken apart in 2 places and hanging out of the thin plastic wrapping, which was torn, battered and ripped open! A few emails back and forth with the seller soon resolved matters very amicably, and all was well at the end, thanks!

I contacted them and Thetford about it. Thetford agreed part number was right for my fridge but said it was probably the wrong item in the box. The seller said it was direct from their supplier, refunded for the item but it cost me to send it back and this has not been refunded. Bought one elsewhere, with same item number, which was the correct item and cheaper.
