    The item was as expected. There was a problem with StarTrack which led to a delay. Thankfully with tracking I was able to sort it out before it was sent back to Melbourne. Our address is a bit tricky but on the third attempt the courier found us. He was very apologetic and said the previous driver's should have known better. I suspect they were too lazy to walk down our drive unlike the third driver.
