My book
I bought this book because I wanted to start back reading books since I'm going to university to study soon. I wanted a book that I was interested in, and would not get bored with. Since the rapper(recording artist, DMX is my favorite, and he is so deep, I figured that the book would be just perfect for me. Presently, I am still reading this book, and I must admit that I'm not dissapointed. This book contains all what I've expected and more.I have learnt so many new things about life in America, Newyork, Yonkers back in those days, and just about life in general, the struggles in raising kids, and what you should and should not do to them. Most importantly, learning more about the life and struggles of my favorite artist, which helps you understand his music much better. ... Great Book
This book E.A.R.L. by DMX & Smokey D. Fontaine is a great book. This book was very pleasent to read always kept me wanting to read more(hooked). The way the story of his life is outlined is great. From when he was a kid to now, I personally loved the book and think that others would feel the same way! Another good thing about the book is that it has some spriritual meaning at the end which relly touched me and I try to use it on an everyday bases.
