Packaging and post was excellent but the bike was delivered completely stripped of all parts and requires every single part being put back together which is unnecessary. Communication was good but I sensed distrust and unwillingness to share pick up address to collect item in person. The paid postage cost far exceeded actual cost. Overall a good seller but leaves a lot to be desired, stripping the bike.
