I just received the faucet only. They offered to supply a shipping label for a refund and I told them on 9/8 and I told them to send me one and here it is 9/18 and have not heard anything back from them. I gave over $39 for it which is about what the whole kit was selling for on ebay. I will have to eat it but will not buy from this seller again. No communication

The seller was responsive and ended up refunding me for the original purchase price. In addition, I was not required to send the item back to the seller as they recognized it was too far gone to resell. As such, my experience was nuetral.
