I was not aware when purchasing the item that it was coming from Italy which is my own fault. I do feel that the since the seller is selling on the US eBay site the description should include that the TV is setup for the European market. I found that I could not modify the Location Settings to be the US so could not load all the Apps I wanted. I am using a FireStick to get around this, but not ideal.
