Opened box and found both fans broken out of the framing. Contacted OA about this shipping damage along with documenting pictures of item and box from multiple positions. When I received the four wheels three out of the four, we’re good the fourth one had a large neck in it, and it was through the packing, but not through the box. The seller is blaming UPS. I feel the pictures were strategically taken to where I didn’t see this and or it got damaged while getting packed up.
