The laptop was sluggish and didn't work properly initially. Update was taking forever. A quick Google search and a few basic IT help level stuff such as defragging hardrive and using command prompt and optimisation to clear harddrive, cleaned the laptop of corrupt files, enabled better performance via reinstallation of BIOS. Laptop charger not being original caused overheating of device. Otherwise it is ok.
