Horrible seller not taking any responsibility when contacting them and shoved me to make a claim with the post office which is not something I’m able to do attempted to get partial refund to help get a new undamaged set but seller said no - - - - I do not recommend this seller!Reply from: botoxo15- Feedback replied by seller botoxo15.- Feedback replied by seller botoxo15.I'll let my POSITIVE feedback speak for itself. I take great pride in packaging my items to ensure safe delivery as that is what I would expect when buying too. The fact the item arrived damaged is now an Australia Post issue as obviously their contractor(s) did not respect the package. As a buyer/payer of postage, Australia Post will only deal with you regarding a refund for items damaged in postal delivery (trust me I've been in this position before). This is their policy NOT MINE.
