Looks brand new! The item was really well packed and all the accessories were present and in good condition also. Alps was also communicative and helpful in their correspondence. DHL was a bit of a drag, they were not the best at communication, but it all worked out. And of course that's on the shipping company. Happy with the purchase & would buy again from Alps!
