With some assembly needed, the lift was ready to lift my soft tail. Unfortunately, I needed to roll the bike onto some 20mm boards to permit the jack to clear the frame when placing it under the bike. Easily lifts the bike and even without straps, the raised bike felt extremely stable. I would like to see a lower lock position added and the locking blocks bigger. Excellent lift
