    The product was well packaged and arrived undamaged. The only quibble is that the instruction sheet uses small photos and details are sometimes hard to see. I didn't know there were left and right bike supports and so had to swap them over. I only have 2 bikes so I didn't use all the bits. It installed on the car easily, I drive a 95 series Prado with the spare tyre on the back door and the vertical support clears the tyre by about 15 mm. Using the bolt means that it doesn't rattle. I like it.

    Cheap bike rack that does the job

    Steel frame is well made. The plastic supports are poor quality. I put washers behind the tightening screws or they could pull thru the plastic support. Plastic bike Supports were still loose after tightening so I added grub screws to stop the bikes moving down the rack. Rubber straps are good quality. Quality review should read yes and no.

    value for what is spent

    solid product well put together by me:) only one negative is it would be better if it used the normal hitch pin on a car not a threaded bolt
