The only quibble is that the instruction sheet uses small photos and details are sometimes hard to see. I didn't know there were left and right bike supports and so had to swap them over. I only have 2 bikes so I didn't use all the bits. It installed on the car easily, I drive a 95 series Prado with the spare tyre on the back door and the vertical support clears the tyre by about 15 mm. Using the bolt means that it doesn't rattle. I like it.
