    As per eBay requirements - I attempted to give the seller the right of reply to the complaint before posting this. The response was to defend, what I believe is an indefensible position ... The item was purchased for my brothers grandchild - in another state. NO pictures were supplied of the lot showing damaged items at all ... the descriptor selected was Very Good (overall) most items fell in the Average bracket and the below Items are - well, see for yourselves ... I advise proceed with care.

    I did explain to the customer that the 6 books he has photographed and received in the (66 book bundle) should not have been included in the bundle. They were to be thrown out but it was a mistake on my behalf that they were sent instead. All other books were in 'very good to fair condition' as described in my post. These are rare/hard to find books and not sold as brand new. I apologised and offered a full refund on the books but I received no response.
