    Exactly what I wanted

    2nd hand electrical can be a bit of a gamble but (once I worked out how to connect with the other devices I have connected to the TV) it's all good! Now I'm recording all my VHS tapes onto DVD discs which will not deteriorate so fast. So good to watch some of the old movies that you never get on TV. Very pleased.

    Fantastic VCR machine.

    Works fine, with one important exception: The DVD player refuses to recognise and play disks. It seems to be the heads, so I have acquired a cleaner (not used yet). The VCR was beautifully and securely packaged with about 20 km of sticky tape. I would be quite happy to buy from this supplier again.
